the polygraph sequence was interesting in the same way those "celebrities take a lie detector test" videos on youtube are, but otherwise wasn't very entertaining

i don't know if i should mark for spoilers, this book's BEEN out.
watching this film in a language i don't fully grasp made me focus on how they told the story visually. really enjoyed the jail escape + island sequence for that same reason.i wish the world looked a bit more grimey, some characters looked a bit too modern (not referring to the outfits but the overall look, hair and makeup).
need to rewarch with subtitles on.
