Great movie. Spielberg handed down THE most accurate rendition of the allied landing at Omaha beach in the opening scene. It bothers me that they claimed there was no allied armor on the beach that morning though as that’s historically inaccurate. I’m also not sure what to think about the entire storyline after the invasion of Normandy being made up.
