  I guess my expectations were too high as someone who also read the book😕. But it's not that bad either cause i still can enjoy it even some of the key points about Todd's character that could've been explained in more detail in the movie since the audience isn't just made up of the readers but also people who know nothing about this world. And as for Mayor David's character, come on... As i remember his character also had so much potential as the villain here but it turns out wasted. Luckily Mads Mikkelsen knows how to give a good performance.
