At least I could sit through the full runtime of this one and it had some stuff to chew on. Some of the songs were okay, the plot was okay.
Unfortunately the acting of the main kid just wasn't great and while he exhibited potential, he needed much better directing.

The Whale 2022
Loved loved loved it from start to finish. Acting is incredible, I had to Google the Academy Awards afterwards to make sure Fraser got something for his performance, which is breathtaking. The writing is great, the sound design is great and the limited scenery highlights the reclusiveness of the character very well. The makeup was amazing.
