    Where to begin. I’ll start with the score because the rest is going to take some warming up. Blumberg’s score is triumphant in the right places, moody in others (also correct), and weird, and and incredible. It’s the one thing about the movie that I am unequivocally enthusiastic about.     Another film so easy to dismiss by inexperienced filmgoers. The biggest complaint is that there’s no emotional arc for the characters, which is somewhat true, but it doesn’t at all seem to be the point that Nolan was trying to make.

    THE POINT IS THE STORY. Not every story has to revolve around emotional arc. As a matter of fact, I’m glad that it doesn’t. What a dull world it would be if everything fit into these narrow lanes people…
