Had a lot of fun with this. Maybe too much of a happy ending but loved its themes. Thought the big soppy speech from Nasha was mega cringe and some scenes had way too much pointing out the obvious, but overall a fantastic story and excellent execution. Some beautiful beautiful landscapes and great acting. Think this one will be remembered very fondly.

Dune 2021
Probably would be a hell of a lot better if I actually knew what was going on. I’m all for exposition but what a tiring experience. Saved by its gorgeous soundtrack and cinematography. That was worth getting invested for. Maybe this is one of those you’ve gotta watch 34 times before you actually have a smile on your face. Eh, sequel should be worth it

This is the greatest animated film of all time and has a better plot than most films I’ve ever seen. Plus better character development like idk how Zerg managed to change from a cold killer of buzz to someone I can sympathise with but it ripped off Star Wars and did it better
