Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales 2017
This is a great example of what big budget blockbuster films have become. Replacing well conceived frolicking adventures with CGI zombie sharks. All of the charm, quirk and debauchery of the first Pirates especially is severely lacking. The off-kilter feel of the first three films are what really set them apart and is also what made them so rewatchable. Not even Captain Jack is safe from the clutches of studio execs.
