  I think with a second watch this would get 4.5-5 stars tbh (not to admit that rosa was right)

  This movie was brilliant. And I am indeed a sucker for a psychological thriller. It was so clever, not even just the twist but the whole idea and the execution was brilliant. I occasionally found that Leonardo DiCaprio’s acting felt stiff, like every line he said i could literally picture those words on the script and i hate that with movies.…

  weirdly didn’t cry as much as i thought i would, considering i cry at educating greater manchester

  i was gonna say the ending was really rushed which made it feel kind of underwhelming, but actually sitting on the bus going home i was thinking, of course it was rushed, because that’s how she felt - time is limited, and sometimes we don’t get the ending we really want or even the one we think we deserve. One minute you’re there and the next your family’s in your kitchen cracking eggs on the counter the way you taught them
