You'll be constantly wondering which character you hate the most. The only certainty people can have is that the scenes with Emilio Estevez are high grade cringe. If it wasn't for the soundtrack, the rating would've been even lower.
Also who thought having a guy called Mario Machado play a Korean called Kim Sung-Ho was a good idea. In comparison Mickey Rooney's role in Breakfast at Tiffany's felt much more believable.
