When I was younger I was a pretty avid chess player and fan of the game, and I always found Boris Spassky’s half of this story absolutely fascinating. He agreed to Bobby Fischer’s demands to play instead of just letting him forfeit and this always seemed to contrast with how other Soviet players of the era were depicted. Just a lover of the game.

I started off the HORRORx52 2024 challenge with Ravenous, so it felt fitting to follow it up with this one.
I don't really know what to say about Raw. A nauseating movie, despite its great acting and direction. Presumably, it accomplished exactly what it set out to do, but I wouldn't wish watching this on my worst enemy.
