Bringing Up Baby 1938
I really did enjoy how hard Howard hawks goes to obtain realistic scenes with that leopard, every time baby was on the screen there was a smile on my face. This is such a fun watch, it’s probably one of the silliest films ever made, the literal definition of silly.
This is the only Howard hawks film I’ve ever seen so I’m very excited to get into the rest

The Straight Story 1999
Such a heartwarming film. It was very calming, yet it stirs the emotions the whole time throughout. Had no idea until the credits that this was a true story which is just wild. I really need to be better towards communicating with my family, life is much too short to waste time with bitterness. The scene of him talking with the cyclists is such a simple scene and nothing “intellectual” really said, but I hope it has a lasting impression…
