Serendipitous to see this film in a Winnipeg movie theatre after recently relocating to the city from Montreal. Absurdly funny and deeply moving. And what a visceral feeling; that complicated and comforting home-sense of returning to the prairies, and the gentle and eternal truth that we are each other.
