  Visually awesome movie. I also really appreciate the fact that they fully committed to the classical gothic aesthetic with the architecture, colors, language, costumes, etc. Towards the end it started to feel a little dragged out and then the very end felt a little rushed to me, but other than that I really liked this one.

  Ok I rewatched it again when it was re-released in theaters and maybe the theater experience just made it that much better but I loved this movie so much more after seeing it again. The stakes of everything that the characters go through are so significant and you really feel that as you watch. I also appreciate the love for science and space exploration that is made present through the amount of detail that Nolan and company put into making this movie.

  My favorite of the marvel shows so far. The new ideas about the multiverse and a Kurt Vonnegut style timeline being brought in are super interesting and carry the entire show. Loki himself remains a great character, even if he wasn’t entirely true to the Loki that everyone knew him as. Great new characters as well.

  Donnie Darko 2001

  Ok this movie was great. I loved basically everything about it. Every character is a amazing, with Jake Gyllenhaal leading the way with a fantastic performance as Donnie Darko. His character is so investing and so easy to root for from start to finish. The movie is a brilliant balance of philosophical themes and a story of a mentally unstable high school kid and at no point will the story lose your interest.
