More like mixed bag.
Two fun dinners. Oddly slow (in the middle) for a 90m flick. Normally vibe with Soderbergh's pacing.
Blanchett great as usual. Fassbender too stiff for his own good. Marisa Abela gets to have some fun here!
The cowardly and systematic dehumanisation of a community, who somehow, endure.
Impossibly infuriating and dispiriting.

Pathetic it can't get distribution. Thank you, Roxie!
Takes an outrageously funny turn halfway through, announcing a new writer/director we'll be paying attention to for quite some time!
Can safely guarantee this will be the worst thing I watch this year. Don't need superpowers for that either. My eyes nearly rolled right out of my head.
The writing is torture. A multitude of insane decisions. It's actually impressive how they took a cool cosmic being and made... this, right down to those goofy glasses at the end.
