Occasionally, you run into a film that reminds you why you love filmmaking and makes you want to do more of it. Anora was one of those films!
Mikey Madison's performance was incredibly endearing and gutwrenching (will not say more to avoid spoilers), but the themes the film explores are done incredibly well.
