Eh, mid. Nothing inspiring, as far as I could tell. Maybe it comes from the fact that I never read any of the books, but I'm a firm believer that you should be able to appreciate an adaptation without having seen the source content.
Anyways, it was just really gritty and gray most of the time. The acting was okay, I guess, and the songs were kinda fun. I'm still unconvinced about some of the character development in the latter…Translated from by -
