  One of my new favorites from Nolan. The cross-cutting, performances, and score collide to create a sensation of horror unseen in his previous films. 

  All its praises have been sung already. It’s incredible.

  seriously, this movie’s amazing. A complete vision that’s capable of standing on its own, without a sequel.
  Everyone in this cast is great. Paul Dano is especially spectacular as the Riddler.
  All the best parts of Year One, Long Halloween, Zero Year, and Chinatown
