Without Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman as the leads, this movie would flop. It’s only because of their inclusion that the film has any legs to stand on. The story was mid but still sweet. The acting, Sandra and Nicole aside, was passable and fun and didn’t distract from the story being told. Does it show its age, yes. But that’s okay as long as the story is compelling.
