Aside from that, the story of the main character and the struggle he faces as a North Korean desertor is so moving because it’s actually very real, yet quite dramatically displayed in the film.
Always an interesting and educational experience to watch a Korean movie with Korean friends and getting side notes and explanations about cultural facts and differences between north and South Korea.
Beautiful photography as well.
