Over the Hedge 2006
Where do I even start… this film changed my life for the better. Although it contains satire, many lessons can be taught. RJ and his friends learn that personal desires take a back seat to supporting each other as family. Over the hedge portrays a dichotomy between the limited goal for animals of eating to live, with the complex nature of humans desire for expansion. The deeper meanings embedded in this film really resonate with me, and bring me a deep understanding of the true meaning of life.
