Wicked 2024
For someone who knew nothing about Wicked, I enjoyed this. The big numbers were phenomenal. It moved a little slow sometimes, but it showed the attention to detail (mostly). Honest opinion: Ariana Grande was not that great, but it wasn’t awful. Her mediocre performance was balanced out by Erivo’s incredible performance. She’s a powerhouse. Better vocals than Grande by far. Overall, I liked it and I want to watch part two, so in that sense, I’d say this film accomplished its goal.

12 Angry Men 1957
This was a really good film. I loved the old-school Hollywood vibe, and I want to watch more movies like this. At certain points, I saw myself in all 12 jurors. I don't know if that's good or bad, but it added a super nice aspect to the film.
