  Best opening titles of all time oh my god

  For real though, what an experience. Awash in sights and sounds and images that would make even the most realist of realists succumb to its Impressionism. First part is pure cinematic perfection, absolutely delicious in its opulence and self-indulgence. Second half is crazy, as many others have pointed out, but I respect Corbet’s gaul to end it like that so much (a friggin’ PowerPoint slideshow!) that I’m willing to give…
