What an interesting film. Incredibly atmospheric, makes me want to lay down in a field somewhere and fall asleep. In love with the alien/occult themes of the film, constantly super unsettling. Discussions of nature and our place in the universe were also valuable. The reoccuring imagery of the mountain reminds me of the mountain from The Flowers of Evil by Shuzo Oshimi. Unfortunately, I feel as though part of my potential enjoyment of this film was taken away from me…
