The Lost Leonardo 2021
This documentary was more riveting than most of the thrillers I’ve seen in the last year.
I went into it only knowing about its record breaking auction price and that there was some doubt over its authenticity. Little did I know that I was in store for a story about the ego of dozens of academics, the cia, Russian oligarchs, French fraudsters and Saudi princes.
Very much recommended, honestly the documentary that keeps on giving.

I feel like the people who think Richard was abusive in this movie have never faced more adversity than getting home only to realise you bought a punnet of mouldy strawberries.
He obviously pushed them but yeh i feel it was obvious that it was there dream too, and even if ego got in the way he fought for them to be able to realise those dreams.
