The arresting FBI agent Roy Mitchell offered O'Neal a way out. The offer: a role as an informant for the FBI, inserting himself into the Black Panther Party to keep tabs on Fred Hampton, the party leader.
  This film is powerful. It reveals how deeply rooted racism is in society and the justice system.
