Was recently rewatching this movie and FORGOT this was snows origin story. They subtly remind you throughout the film and I’d have an aha moment before forgetting again. Oh the symbolism and irony.

Brokeback Mountain 2005
I went into this movie with my expectations on the floor. I was told prior to watching this that it was a very slow film with little dialogue and I tend to shy away from slow movies. I would assimilate this movie with A River Runs Through It. Both very slow movies with heart wrenching moments.
