I actually loved this adaptation. The songs are good. The new songs aren’t ear sores. Will Smith as the genie surprisingly works really well. Very well casted. Felt very true to the original. Soundtrack SLAPS. love it

I was weirdly hooked trying to figure out what the hell was going on. I liked the main couples questionable relationship dynamic. Occasional questionable acting from a few. Feel like there was a lot of plot holes that weren’t explored and suddenly resolved by the end. Strangely engaging but I think I was just trying to solve the “who did it” by myself which kept me entertained lol
