Struck by how much I miss Phillip Seymour Hoffman and how this might be the most room I’ve seen Tom Cruise be given to really act in any role I’ve seen him in (apart from a few good men). Also was not expecting John C Reilly to be such an important character throughout, and really loved his performance.
