I was wholly against a Section 31 anything at first. But this? This was way more than that. This was Suicide Squad meets Rebels. It has BIG Dungeons and Dragons party energy.

The writhing mass of aunties makes this film worth it to me.
I’m not going to lie, part of me was not ready for any of this. Especially the butch lesbian sailor who rowed with her foot.

Japanese businessmen in the ‘80s used this film as a “what NOT to do” when dealing with the American workforce, so there’s definitely that. I do love this movie, but the more I watch it, the more it feels like one of those stories where the kid raises money for his mother’s cancer treatment because the family can’t afford it. Everyone in town has to scrimp and save and work their fingers and asses to the bone just to make what they’re worth.
