The Holiday Club 2024
this was a beautiful friends-to-lovers movie. the chemistry made me giggle and kick my feet in the air, and it was just cheesy enough without being over the top. the only issue with this movie is that the quality of the writing drops off for the third act.
side note: this is technically not a CHRISTMAS movie per say, but it goes on my list nontheless🥰

this movie is best described as a slice of life. it doesn’t have a plot as much as it has a window into a moment in the beginning of a love story. with a low budget and a slow burn, this movie will make you feel like you know the characters personally, and the chemistry alone makes it 4 stars.

sure this movie has some poor acting and directing choices, but it’s really cute. plus it has henrietta’s mom from 911 and the bassist kid from school of rock!!
watch this one for the precocious child and the wholesome moments :)
