Naoko Yamada is still the goat.
There wasn’t a second that I wasn’t smiling, giggling, and kicking my feet. This movie is so feels good I would be sick if I didn’t like it so much.
The setting, characters, colours, music- literally everything about this movie is great.
I doubt it’s going to make you cry or change your thought processes but it’s just such a good time that I have to recommend it.

I was a bit unsure if I would like this film because dreamworks films are often hit or miss for me and I don’t usually like celebrity voice acting but the casting for this film was pretty good actually. My only grievance with this film and one I’ve held for quite a while is that lady Eboshi is genuinely a great character and person and I am incapable of disliking her. She is faultless.
I kind of just want to write about her so I think I will.
