The Brutalist 2024
Some phenomenal character performances. Adrian Brady and Guy Pierce were both incredible in their roles producing some extremely powerful moments. The scenery and cinematography was often stunning especially on 70mm. Paired with a beautiful score made this film such a pleasure to watch stylistically.
However, the ending was a massive let down. Whilst I thought the long movie length flew by, it still somehow didn’t wrap up the story coherently. Was massively disappointed to see so many themes and character…

Nosferatu 2024
Good watch, had me coming and going at some points but definitely had some powerful scenes. Wasn’t too sure about the portrayal of the demon at points. Didn’t always sell a very intimidating presence. Some great acting performances from Nicholas Hoult and William Dafoe definitely brought me back in. The setting throughout was incredible. Overall, definitely worth a watch.
