I was extremely sceptical for Knives Out. The director, Rian Johnson, had a rough patch of directing during Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi which personally I didn't enjoy. However Knives Out actually shocked me, the film is a very traditional "Who dunnit?!" scenario surrounding a murder. The one performance in the film which blew me away was Chris Evans' role as pampered and spoiled brat Ransom Drysdale who I really enjoyed seeing on screen. Other great moments of acting includes Daniel Craig and Jamie Lee Curtis as their respective roles. I really enjoyed this film despite me not expecting to enjoy it.
