there was something about this that just really moved me. was it the poetic observations (ending was my favourite)? the raw addiction? ronan’s superb acting? either way i loved it. it really depicted addiction’s harsh ridges and sharp edges in its full desperation, but also the process of hoping the future may be clearer if not brighter. i now want to live by bitingly cold waves and winds.

so good i want to explode, those scenes of them furtively looking at each other whilst the others eyes are turned away AMAZING. it all felt so real. it was as if i got a look into some grandparents’ love story of how they met. the profound exchanges of their ideas theories and beliefs and confessions. the love felt so genuine
