    Sam Raimi cooked.

Evil Dead II is better in essentially every way compared to its predecessor. Making the sequel a horror/comedy was such a great idea, as I feel the genre fits Bruce Campbell, and the franchise as a whole a lot more than pure horror. I LOVE this movie. I’ve always been a sucker for rom-coms, and this is quite possibly the best I’ve seen.
It does everything so well. It knows when to do terrific, and humorous comedy, and when to do sad, heartfelt moments.
Kumail Nanjiani has always been one of my favorite actors, and this movie solidified that even more. I loved learning so much more about him.

Tries way too hard to make the Leprechaun a Freddy Kruger clone, but fails everytime.

One of the better MCU shows, as the protagonists are actually likable and tolerable. Some cool action at times and interesting lore. Oscar Isaac is really good.

However, it does just follow the exact same format as every other one of these shows, more so in the finale, which is a huge fumble. It's so rushed and silly. Also, really don't like how they sacrifice the writing and action, at times, for a character tease. It's just annoying and unneeded.

I don’t know if this was trying to be a horror or a comedy but I do know it should’ve tried to be better.
