  Got my hopes up and thought I’d be catching an early showing of Mickey 17, as part of Cinemark’s $5 secret movie. Instead it was this. Extremely cliche and just says absolutely nothing of value. There’s like a 10% shred of potential but man this movie really sucked

  This one almost feels like a precursor to Prisoners. They share some similar story elements.

  The beginning of this film is real scary. Dude just pulls up to a group of kids and casually kidnaps one of them. Poor Dave. I don’t believe I’ve seen anything else with Tim Robbin’s in it other than Shawshank so it was nice seeing him elsewhere (and with a cool accent at that).
