  I felt like I was watching one of those paranormal story reenactment shows on the discovery channel. I thought I knew where this movie was going, but no! I was surprised by the many twists and turns. In the end, it reminded me of a mockumentary Hereditary mixed with Laura Palmer’s story & Paranormal Activity. Beautiful cinematography. I loved the old Nokia phone footage. I actually got genuinely creeped out at several points!! It was definitely slow but that ended up being a good thing because it builds the creep factor. 6/10 stars for me!

  The best movies are fucked up. I think Woo-Jin Lee would like Look What You Made Me Do by Taylor Swift. This was my second time watching this film & it still slayed!! I could enjoy the humor much more this time since I wasn’t so focused on solving the mystery. This movie had me giggling fr. I just love all the silly moments! The fight in the hallway outside the elevator is one of my favorite fight scenes of all time. It’s just that epic. I also love the ambiguous ending!

  Kill Bill if it slayed so hard that slay loses all of it’s meaning. ICONIC! Everything I hoped it would be & more! It’s a deconstruction of the revenge movie so the tone is very somber overall. I love the dry, dark humor sprinkled throughout the film. I love how rich with symbolism this movie is. It feels like every little detail was purposeful. Definitely a movie that lingers in my thoughts. 10/10 would watch again.
