  Hmm. Torn. 

  On the one hand, you have a nice case for holistic, healthy living and a solid critique on over-medicating. I also think the placebo affect is so interesting. A lot of people think physical and emotional health are totally separate, and calling attention to the mind body connect is incredibly important. And spirituality can do wonders for the mind and soul if that’s your MO. Mental health matters.
