i can’t tell if i hated the movie or hated the “husband”. i liked it but it was ALMOST so perfect. no part of the movie went into anora just the fact that she was a sex worker and she married someone she shouldn’t have. i interpreted it as though anora was looking out for herself throughout the entire movie making sure SHE wouldn’t get fucked over but the movie made it seem like all she cared about was reuniting…
