Came for Big Worm, stayed for some of the most breathtaking science fiction I've ever seen. Cannot remember the last time I was so captivated in the world of a film. The Big Worm also did not dissappoint

The Suicide Squad 2021
Capatures the manic energy the first attempt was going for, with the nice additions of having characters you can engage with, a plot that makes sense and plays off of who these characters are, a really great sense of visual flair, a surpringly effective emotional hook, effectively pulling the rug out from under you when the fun stops & stuff starts getting really brutal, and, most importantly, BEING FUN.
Big Shark funnier than Talking Hulk, DC wins.

I really like the idea of Wonder Woman movies being a ‘monster of the week’ type deal where each one is just a different God or Goddess choosig to screw with humanity for kicks.
This is a poorly-paced, kind of hamfisted film that I feel like I should be harsher on, but for all its flaws, its moments of fun & its interesting ideas kept me engaged. I really enjoyed it. Pedro Pascal basically being Wishmaster is a genius move.
