  Rewatched today. A+ all around. Frances McDormand, Steve Buscemi, William Macy- phenomenal acting and phenomenal accents. Loved how the Coen brothers baked in funny side conversations and sub plots (Marge’s high school friend, Norm’s painting etc) into a movie only 90 minutes long. Wish that the main plot had a little bit more of an emphasis, especially towards the ending, but nonetheless a timeless classic

  Puss in Boots: The Last Wish 2022

  An absolute masterpiece. Had high expectations for this movie based on what I had heard but this exceeded those. Truly brilliant how they turned a Shrek spinoff into such a memorable film. It was fun to watch- I say that as a 23 almost 24 year old. Aside from the plot and the characters, the deeper themes and implications are so incredibly powerful and nuanced.
