  This rating is a little biased as I was incredibly excited for this movie for ages. Very fun, well written, well acted and executed. Robert Pattinson continuing to show how he is probably the best actor of recent times.

  A strong, visceral horror. When you compare this movie to something with three times the budget like deadpool and wolverine, you wonder how one movie looks so beautiful, and the bigger budget one just looks alright visually.

  I must say, I was quite a big fan of this, I do love the original and historical movies, but this was genuinely maybe the most I’ve been immersed in a movie this year. Incredible acting and set pieces, with memorable moments. Similar to the first movie at points but different enough to work. Wasn’t a necessary sequel but a very enjoyable one.
