This film was a surprise.
I kind of expected it to be a silly rom-com.
Instead it was well written drama with romance.
There is humour to be had but, not cheap gags or dumb jokes by any means.
Casting was incredible of course with the actors being actual family members.
I have to say it was refreshing to see the cannabis use wasn’t your typical lazy and stupid stereotypical portrayal.
Henry Thomas plays the vibe well as Sam’s friend.…
