Superb performances all around, really intentional/well-executed pacing, stunning cinematography, and a genuinely wild adventure from start to finish.

This absolutely took me by surprise, but I LOVED this movie - if you get it, you get it!

Thematically this movie is super stunning and the body horror is SO good and gross! I absolutely love when the horror genre can combine heavy themes like this - yes, it’s about generational trauma in Asian families and toxic wellness culture, but it’s also a very fun horror take on parasites and skin picking! And as someone with dermatillomania, this movie…
