Art the clown is still incredible, I don't know how David Howard Thornton manages to be both disgusting and evil, but also hilarious, but he does it in this movie better than ever. The pacing isn't very good, and by the time the final act began I felt myself thinking "wait, we are doing this already?" because they just kinda jump into it out of nowhere, but the parts of the movie you want to go and see are still fantastic, incredible practical effects and entertaining kills, makes it still a satisfying entry into the series.

It's definitely not as effective as the first movie, but still adds to the mythos of the curse well. The implementation of the main character being a celebrity takes it in a new fun direction, even if the ending is fairly predictable, it doesn't take away from it's effectiveness. If they were to do a third I'm not sure how effective it will be given how the ending plays out, but I'm open to see how they take it further.
