My favorite movie has finally been replaced after 5 years. I love this film. Just from a veiwers perspective (not looking at any area in particular, cinematography, writing etc etc) it is beautiful and made me feel good. 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl 2003
The beginning of a brilliant trilogy.
Jack's introduction defines him perfectly from the get go, a daring character who's confident attitude contrasts the seemingly hopeless situations he is faced with. This really sets him up well for the rest of the trilogy.
I think the writing of jack as a character was pin point perfect through out the trilogy but lost its touch in the later films, coenciding with the change in directors from Gore Verbinski to Rob Marshall. That is not to say that 'on stranger tides' is a bad film, DEFINITELY not in comparison to 'dead men tell no tales'.Translated from by
