The Longest Day 1962
Big scale movie of a pivotal day in WW2. Effects and shots are fantastic, some acting is quite good. It's a slow burn, and thankfully doesn't feel like "The Longest Movie". I appreciated the showing of both sides of the conflict and showing all levels of seniority in the ranks. One of the best old WW2 films I've seen. Would recommend
