Flashback 2020
Very very stressful, did not realize it was a thriller but I think it is... Or is it? Either way I actually liked it. A bit cheesy here and there, and I thought 'come on' a few times, bit it's fun. I do think the lore and the reveal are a little bit absurd and out of the blue, but I think I empathized with the underlying idea, so it worked. Just the right amount of 'thrill' for me. I think this would have been a great book, should have kept the original name. TW: FLASHING LIGHTS AND IMAGES!, drug abuse, disassociation and feelings of irreality.

Don't Worry Darling 2022
I really liked it. Yeah it's not the technically best movie you've ever seen, but I think it should be watched either way. Lovely portrayal of men explicitly betraying women in the way they often do, if in a more subtle way. But here, they don't get away with it. Olivia Wilde crying is more funny than it should be. Big trigger warning for two explicit sexual violence scenes. And not to be a woman shitting on women telling their stories or whatever but this sucked so much it makes me sad. Huge build up resolved in the worst and sloppiest, most disappointing ending you've ever been subjected to. Is this what men think happens to sexual violence victims? Not worth it omg.
