There was a clear attempt to portray discrimination in modern-day society. In my opinion, it could've worked better if the "differences" focused on the character constructs (ie. fire's temper, water's empathy, earth's calmness, etc.) rather than the physical differences if the movie really wanted to portray modern-day discrimination. Barbie in Rock 'N Royals 2015
It started with a good and promising premise. The buildup was similarly good and engaging.
The movie was like a combination of camp rock and pitch perfect but with royals. Of course, with such expectations, the ending could've been grand like something out of Eurovision.
The ending felt rushed and lackluster compared to other Barbie movies. Princess and the Popstar has done it already so I was confused why the ending of this movie kind of felt rushed.
Overall, good music, and I love the music video at the end.
