nosferatu...a horrid tale of (blood)lust, sacrifice and my desperate urge to shake aaron taylor-johnson to his senses. writing this immediately after i got back from the cinema. i think the whole 'learning to give voice to the medieval ways of alchemy and demons and spirits' is an interesting thing to highlight - especially in parallel to science (film takes place just after the enlightenment period) and especially when science naysayers are given the spotlight nowadays perhaps more than they deserve.…
